RocKDiGi's 1st Project:
"First impressions"

Here you will get more information about who we are and our activities.

We are RocKDiGi (DiGi stands for "digital"), a Band founded on the 27.12.2020 at 5p.m. during the Corona Winter Lookdown. At the time, we are a band with about 4 members, trying to have fun in playing music together, but how we are doing it?

The Frontman of the band and the general sound producer, Konstantin Malchev (=Nickname: RocKoko & Co., because  of playing the electric guitar, the keyboard and taking the rule as a vocal), organizes all stuff: everybody tries to record himself in a simple way (e.g. Mobile Voice Recorder). All these "tracks" are beeing put by him in the so-called "DAW" (Digital Audio Workstation) Software "REAPER" (=Rapid Environment for Audio Prototyping and Efficient Recording). On this simple way we manage to keep the spirit of making rock music & Co. We're also getting inspired by bands like Deep Purple or ZZTOP, so that we get the possibility for "mixing" different intruments in one Song/Cover in creative way :D.

Involved Participants:

-> Konstantin Malchev (Riff- & Lead Guitar; Bass Guitar; Keyboard; Vocal)

-> Mathias Beirer (Trombone)

BG-Project: "Passion"

This album is deticated to 24 May: the day of the slavic script, bulgarian education & culture.

It all started on 4 April: Konstantin Malchev & Maria Encheva have recorded for the first time. "Chernata Ovca" ("The Black Sheep") became the first official cover together with "Az iskam" ("I want") and "Shallow". Meanwhile, Kalina Choperliev joined the BG-Project by playing the Violine and adding more voices.

In the next weeks the official videos were recorded mostly in nature. The frontman of the band and general sound producer, Konstantin Malchev, organized all tech-stuff. All the rehearses were outsourced due to lockdown restrictions. With the help of the so-called "DAW" (Digital Audio Workstation) Software "REAPER" (=Rapid Environment for Audio Prototyping and Efficient Recording) all engeneering stuff has been worked out. Along the way we managed to keep the spirit of Bulgarian Music. We're mainly getting inspired by bands like KuKu-Bend and its Backing Tracks, so that gives us the opportunity to "mix" different intruments in one Song/Cover in creative way :D.

Involved Participants:

-> Konstantin Malchev (Riff- & Lead Guitar; Keyboard; Organ; Background Vocal)

-> Maria Encheva (Main Vocal)

-> Kalina Chouperliev (Violine)

С помощта на така наречения "DAW" (Digital Audio Workstation) софтуер "REAPER" (=Rapid Environment for Audio Prototyping and Efficient Recording) всички инженерни детайли биват преработени.
